Gilbert Brown: Halter broke
3yr, 14 3hh Not broke, Pinto Gelding. Came from Camelot. Very sweet and loves people. Will approach you in the field for some love. Can be registered a Pinto because of his lightning bolt white patch on his back right leg. $350 with an approved application.
Flower:Halter broke-started with round pen work
Everyone at the auction thought she was ugly, so I took her. I had hopes she would blossom which is the inspiration for her name and she has. She is a 15H STB per the auction, but does have the dramatic paddle in the front characteristic of Paso Finos. She does appear to be gaited. She is very sweet, not broke, so far needs sedation for the farrier or she doesn't cooperate well, but that is my fault due to lack of consistent ground work. She doesn't kick or bite. Gets along well in the herd. $350 with an approved application.
Maxine: Halter Broke
Maxine is a 14.2H, stocky 5 year old mare. Not broke. Shy, but friendly. Easy keeper. Previous owner got her as a yearling and didn't do much with her. Ready to start. Unusual grulla color with dark dorsal stripe. $400 with an approved application.
Donovan and Dolly: Halter Broke
Donovan and Dolly Two haflinger weanlings from the Kalona auction. Colt is on the left, filly on right. They both lead, tie and are easy to catch in the field. SWEET!! $300 each with a two year contract.
Scooby: Started with Halter
3 year old QH mare from a broodmare band in Idaho. Herd dispersal due to owner's health. Halter broke. Hasn't done anything dangerous, but is unsure of people. Is leading pretty well now, but haven't tied yet. Has an old injury to the front of her face that has caused a permanent bump on the bridge of her nose. Doesn't affect her, is cosmetic only. Going to be very handy with training. Good project for experienced trainer. $350 with two year contract.
